After Claire Winton Burn was out of the final three, MasterChef is now down to the wire. Only two chefs remain and them being Adam Liaw and Callum Hann. Claire didn’t make it past the ultimate catering challenge that aired on Thursday night. That night, the Australia Governor General Quentin Bryce and thirty guests tasted the food prepared by the last three finalists.

That Thursday night, Claire was in charge of the rack of lamb that was to be roasted. Adam did the two trout tartlet and Callum served up a lovely chocolate fondant. The fondant came with orange jelly and honey anglais.
The lamb that Claire cooked up took too long and was slightly overcooked. The pieces of lamb that were cut were not uniform and judges penalised her for her mistakes. Burn burned out of MasterChef and the other two went to fight another day.
Millions of people are expected to watch the finale on Sunday. People across Australia will be tuned into the final show and seeing who will become the 2010 MasterChef Australia. Will it be Adam Liaw or Callum Hann. My current thoughts are for Callum Hann to take out the title.
We will all have to wait till Sunday night to find out. Who will make the best dishes and who will cook with their heart and soul. Mistakes are not an option and both chefs have to stay cool, calm and collected.
